Session 1Visit to University of Illinois at Springfield
This session officially kicks off the program and gives everyone a chance to reconnect after the open house, build community, and set the tone for the weeks ahead. We’ll review expectations, introduce the flow of the program, and spend time getting to know one another in a supportive, relaxed environment.
This space is designed for open conversation, growth, and leadership development, with a strong focus on connection and shared experiences.
