We provide free education and resources aimed at increasing awareness about nutrition, mindfulness, and consciousness in alignment with a better quality of life and a more sustainable planet.
The 2.5 hr workshop may include activities around gardening, food demos, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness exercises, and more.
The South Florida Wildlife Center often brings their rescued wild animals, and children learn different ways to protect them. We have had lovely creatures such as owls, turtles, birds, and many others.

SEED Program is a hands-on learning program designed to connect students with nature, our planet, and their place in it. The SEED Program takes a holistic approach, addressing ecological awareness and sustainability, including topics such as self-identity, food systems, biodiversity, and systems thinking.
