YOUNG Lead(HER) Academy- The Lead(HER) Within Workshop

The goal of this workshop is to strengthen self-esteem, express self-identity, and ignite inner confidence. Participants engage in hands-on activities that help them recognize their unique strengths and embrace their individuality. The workshop also serves as an orientation to the YOUNG Lead(HER) Academy, introducing participants to the program's empowering mission of developing confident, compassionate, and capable young leaders. By the end of the session, each girl walks away inspired, connected, and ready to step into her own leadership journey-believing that her voice matters and her future is limitless.
