Paint All The Feelings

This experience invites you into exploration of the way in which your body holds and experiences emotion, engaging with mindfulness and curiosity. Led by Naomi Wiens, LMFT and painter of her feelings! Naomi will lay a foundation and give framework for how to begin a process of mindful curiosity and creativity. Each participant will be invited to cultivate their own practice of creatively engaging their emotion through art.

Designed for those experiencing intense or confusing emotion, such as anxiety, grief, anger, trauma, dissociation, as well as those simply longing to be more present in their daily lives.

Supplies will be provided and you are welcome to bring any art tools of choice. No creative experience or "artistic ability" is needed!
