Do you bump up against "lack of experience"? Struggle to manage and interact in a multi-generational workforce? Any self-doubt (imposter syndrome) as you lead? At the Young Leaders Workshop you will take abstract leadership concepts and make them concrete. In the arena, the horses draw out our fundamental skills needed in leadership. Our internationally certified Equine Assisted Learning facilitators will guide you in discovering and fine-tuning such skills as paying attention to details, communicating with intent, and ensuring you have congruency in what you do. Additionally, our team recognises that these skills are all linked to your Emotional Intelligence(EQ). Your EQ directly relates to your success! Therefore, after taking a Tacktics EQ assessment, you will have a 1:1 discussion with our EQ Certified Coach.
