The WAFI Young Filmmakers Summer Camp is an exciting hands-on experience where young creatives learn the art of filmmaking from concept to screen. Participants will explore storytelling, scriptwriting, camera operation, directing, acting, sound recording, and video editing while working together to create their own short film.
Whether your child dreams of being behind the camera or in front of it, this camp provides a fun, educational, and inspiring environment to develop creativity, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.

Info: Campers are introduced to the exciting world of filmmaking and storytelling. They will learn how movies are made, explore different film genres, develop creative story ideas, and begin writing scripts for their own short films.

Director's Chair: Planning Your Film
Info: Campers learn the essential skills of directing, camera operation, and visual storytelling. They will create storyboards, plan scenes, assign crew roles, and prepare for production.

Action! Production Day
Info: The cameras start rolling! Campers step into their roles as directors, actors, camera operators, and sound technicians while filming their short movies.
