Young Chefs Baking Basics (new recipes each camp week)

This baking basics camp offers a week of hands-on classes focused on a different baking category each day. Young chefs learn about baking ingredients and tools, practice measuring and reading recipes, improve their baking skills, and learn to use their creativity in the kitchen. Each day participants prepare recipes and take home samples of what they make. The camp rotates topics Monday through Thursday—sweet, savory, breads, and cakes. Every Baking Basics Camp week during the summer will include new recipes - so students can attend baking camp multiple times without repeating recipes.
