🐐 You Talked Me Into It: "Goat Yoga"Because apparently downward dog needed company.
Sometimes your community asks… and eventually you cave.
So yes — Goat Yoga is happening with a local farm collaboration with our friends at "Watkins Farm"
Not because I woke up one day thinking, "You know what people need? Tiny hooves on yoga mats.” But because enough of you said, “Please do this,” and honestly… curiosity won.
Expect laughter, unexpected interruptions, a little chaos, and a yoga practice where perfection leaves the minute the goats arrive.
This is less about serious yoga and more about remembering that wellness can also be ridiculous.
