Your ticket includes a book reading, mini master class, grounding meditation, sound bowls, not your average yoga & a meal!

Mrs. Michelle Hall-Boggan MSW will be teaching a mini master class on wellness as well as giving us some guided grounding meditation. She makes you feel like it’s only you & her in the room. Her soothing voice speaks the right verbiage to allow your mind to meditate, body to relax & soul to get what it needs.

Ms. Nola will get us tuned in with her healing sound bowls & then stretched out/in touch with our creative sides, our sacral chakra with what she calls Sacral Siren! Tip from previous events make sure you stretch before you get STRETCHED!

Ms. Krystle will be reading from the newest version of her book Nourish. She is poet, aurhor, host...a woman of many talents for sure not to be doubted! 

Bring your yoga mats, yoga blocks, and support pillow! We will also have a vendor or two so please be prepared to support!
