You Matter Wellness Event 2026

The You Matter Wellness Event is a full-day community experience focused on accessible wellness education, healing, and connection. This event brings together individuals, families, and professionals for a day of real, impactful engagement—designed to leave people feeling seen, supported, and equipped with tools they can carry forward.

Event features include:

• Keynote speakers sharing lived experience and professional insight
• Hands-on breakout sessions covering topics like parenting, communication, emotional wellness, and more
• Local vendors and nonprofit resource tables
• On-site tattoo artist offering mental health–themed flash tattoos (by appointment only)
• Supervised kids’ activity area during the keynote sessions
• Raffles, giveaways, and a grounding activity to close the day
