You Are Enough Walk / AV Mental Health Awareness Day
Join us as we celebrate the 5th Annual You Are Enough WalkAntelope Valley's only community walk dedicated to mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
Tickets are free, but if you are able to donate please select the donation option to help our mission and our suicide prevention center in the Antelope Valley.
For five years, our community has come together to walk for hope, healing, remembrance, and connection. This year's walk is especially meaningful as we celebrate this milestone and continue supporting the You Are Enough Suicide Prevention Center, a safe space providing year-round support, education, grief services, peer support, and suicide prevention programs for youth and families and October 10 is also World Mental Health Day!
Whether you're walking in honor of a loved one, supporting your own mental health journey, standing with someone you care about, or simply believing in a future where no one struggles alone, this walk is for you.
Together, we'll raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental health, honor lives lost to suicide, support those who are struggling, and remind our community of one powerful message:
You Are Enough.
Bring your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors for a morning filled with inspiration, community, hope, and purpose. Every step we take helps create a stronger, more compassionate community and supports life-saving programs right here in the Antelope Valley.
we will have resources, music, raffles, activities, food trucks, adoption drive to help the Palmdale Animal Shelter furry friends to find their forever home and more... hope you can join us.
