Shobukan Yoshinkan Aikido UK Gasshuku 2026
The Shobukan Yoshinkan Aikido UK Gasshuku returns for another year, offering a rare opportunity to train over two days with one of the most experienced Yoshinkan instructors outside Japan.
Robert Mustard needs little introduction. With 49 years of Yoshinkan Aikido training, he is the former Chief Foreign Instructor at the Yoshinkan Honbu Dojo in Tokyo, an 8th Dan Yoshinkan Shihan, and Kancho of Shobukai Yoshinkan Aikido. Some may also recognise his name from a certain book called Angry White Pyjamas.
The gasshuku provides an opportunity to train in a focused, limited-attendance environment, allowing for close instruction and plenty of time on the mat.
