Bradford Festival Choral Society, in collaboration with the Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra, presents a dramatic and diverse concert - promising to captivate audiences with its blend of contemporary and classical masterpieces.
The concert opens with the first Northern performance of Reena Esmail's This Love Between Us: A Prayer for Unity, a captivating work bridging Indian and Western musical traditions. Following the interval, the massed musical forces perform Carl Orff's iconic Carmina Burana. Packed with dramatic intensity, bold tunes and exhilarating percussion, Carmina Burana features the famous O Fortuna, a piece synonymous with epic soundscapes.
