About this Event

This event goes beyond regulatory deadlines - it’s about building a culture of safety, accountability, and proactive risk management to keep homes healthy and residents protected.

Led by Francis Rawson, Group Director of Safety and Compliance at Places for People (PFP), one of the UK’s largest and most diverse social enterprises. This session offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at how safety and compliance are managed across housing, development, repairs, property management and leisure services.

What to expect:

🔍 Awaab’s Law in Practice
Understand what the legislation really means for landlords and duty holders, how its requirements are being implemented on the frontline, and the challenges faced across varied property portfolios.

👥 Frontline Perspectives
Hear supporting presentations from Safety and Compliance colleagues working day-to-day in operational settings, revealing the real challenges, solutions and lessons learned.

🔥 Beyond Awaab’s Law
