The Yorkshire EV Club is returning to The Rotherham Show with our biggest EV display yet — and you’re invited to be part of it. We’re aiming for 100+ EVs across the weekend, representing every make, model, and club from across the region.
Whether you’re a YEVC regular, part of another EV club, or simply curious about electric cars, you’re welcome to join us.

☑︎ A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
☑︎ A brilliant opportunity to meet other EV drivers and clubs
☑︎ Full access to the Rotherham Show’s entertainment, food, music, theatre, and family activities
🎟️ RSVP Registration (Required for Entry)
To streamline things, there is one ticket per car, covering the driver and all passengers. Please RSVP using Find Tickets on the Nexus Site.
We must collect:
✅ Vehicle registration
✅ Make & model
This information is required by Rotherham Borough Council for security and access. Providing your e-mail and your mobile additionally - allows us to send you more information and ensure you get it more reliably.
RSVP can be done on the Nexus event page (Find Tickets). Registration closes Thursday 3 September at 8pm.

🚗 Arrival Instructions (Important)
Arrival time: Before 9:30am
📍 Location: Clifton Lane Museum Car Park, 49 Clifton Ln, Rotherham S65 2AA
🌼 Show stewards: Tell them you’re with Yorkshire EV Club
🧭 Route: Follow directions to the bandstand area Hazards: Keep them on while moving through the show ground
🚗 Movement: No vehicle movement before 5:00pm unless in an emergency
Please drive slowly, under 5mph — the show ground will already have staff and early visitors on site.

Free 🆓 parking for all registered EV display vehicles.
