Should you wish to sell your items with us, we will transport them back to our salerooms, free of charge!
Here is what happens at our events:
When you arrive, please register at the entrance to the room, providing your details and a brief description of the item(s) you would like valued. This helps us in pairing you with the most suitable valuer.
Once registered, feel free to take a seat. When your valuer is ready to see you, they'll call your name.
Our specialists will then value your item(s) and discuss your options.
If you choose to sell with us, we'll then transport your item(s) back to our salerooms, at no extra cost!
If you've got a mix of treasures, like jewellery and pottery, don't worry! We'll set up two valuation appointments for you. This is because some of our valuers specialise in very specific fields and we want to ensure each item receives the dedicated attention it deserves.
Please bear in mind, we strive to assist customers on a first-come, first-served basis (according to the valuer you have been assigned to). During busy periods, some of our specialist valuers may have shorter queues, resulting in some customers being seen ahead of others.
While we are pleased to offer free valuations and advice, please note that formal valuations for insurance/probate purposes cannot be provided at this event. If you need an official insurance/probate valuation, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you from there.
