York Steiner School's Class 8 presents Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night'

Class 8 invite you all to travel to Illyria with twins Viola and Sebastian as they set off on their gap year! 

Shipwrecks, mistaken identities, desperate crushes and men in tights - Shakespeare's Twelfth Night has it all!

Come along to York Steiner School, 20th, 21st, 22nd or 23rd May at 7pm

Tickets: £7 standard, £10 generous and children £3.50

Refreshments will be for sale in the interval.

Imagine - it is 10 years after the Great War, everyone is trying to forget, throwing themselves into parties, passions and silly songs. Two young people, a brother and sister who happen to be minor royalty, are off on their first big adventure, a round the world cruise on the SS Illyria.

But disaster strikes - the ship is wrecked in a storm off the coast of Illyria itself.

Viola finds herself washed up on this strange shore, no sign of her brother except - wait, is this his bag?  What can she do but disguise herself as Sebastian and go to the court of the local Duke. 

What can possibly go wrong?
