About this Event

Join us for a beautiful evening of ritual, education, and connection as we explore the ancient practice of yoni steaming.

For generations, women around the world have turned to the healing power of herbs to support their menstrual cycles, nurture their wombs, and create space for rest, reflection, and healing. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your feminine wisdom, and experience this sacred tradition in a warm and supportive community of women.

Whether you're looking to deepen your connection with your body, learn more about herbal wellness, or simply carve out intentional time for yourself, this evening is designed to nourish you from the inside out.

During our time together, you will experience:

🌿 Learn about a variety of healing herbs and their traditional uses for women's wellness.

🌿 Create your own personalized herbal steam blend based on your body's unique needs.

🌿 Be gently guided through the yoni steaming experience in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

🌿 Participate in a beautiful herbal tea ceremony as we slow down, nourish ourselves, and connect with one another.

🌿 Close the evening with a sharing circle, creating space for reflection, connection, and honoring each woman's unique journey.

Women have traditionally used yoni steaming to support:
  • Menstrual comfort and cramping
  • Healthy menstrual flow
  • Pelvic relaxation
  • Vaginal moisture and overall vaginal wellness
  • Postpartum healing (when appropriate)
  • Fertility and preconception wellness
  • Stress reduction and nervous system relaxation
  • A deeper connection with their feminine body and menstrual cycle

Yoni steaming is a traditional wellness practice that has been used by women across many cultures for generations to support menstrual and pelvic wellness. It is intended to complement—not replace—medical care and should not be relied upon as a cure for medical conditions.

  • Have an active vaginal infection, open sores, or unexplained pelvic pain until you have spoken with your healthcare provider.
  • Have had recent pelvic surgery or recently given birth and have not yet been cleared by your healthcare provider.

If you have any questions about whether yoni steaming is right for you, please reach out before the event.
