About Speaker
Ms. Foer is an American writer and nonprofit executive of Polish-Jewish descent, best known for her 2010 memoir I Want You to Know We’re Still Here: A Post-Holocaust Memoir, which chronicles her investigation into her family’s obscured Holocaust history, including the discovery of her father’s previous wife and daughter murdered by Nazis.
