Playful Yoga Adventures: Explore animal poses, partner yoga, yoga stories, and interactive yoga games designed to spark imagination and promote physical strength and flexibility.

Nutrition Fun: Learn about healthy food choices and building lifelong nutrition habits through fun and delicious experiences.

Creative Crafts: Dive into yoga-inspired art, from designing mindfulness jars and painting mandalas to creating their own yoga props and nature crafts that encourage mindfulness and creativity.

Music & Movement Games: Dance, sing, and move to rhythm-based games that promote coordination, joy, and connection with fellow campers.

Mindfulness & Connection: Practice simple meditation techniques, gratitude circles, and friendship-building games in a safe, supportive environment.
