Join Theresa Hansen, 500 hr ERYT for an hour long Anjali Restorative Yoga Experience. Theresa will guide you through 12 supported postures with a theme of self acceptance and self love. Begin the New Year with a loving kindness practice. Connect to your body and seal intentions for the New Year.
And in true Pajama Party Fashion, after our slumber, we will have a little yogi party to include some delicious snacks and delicious wine.
And yes...you wear your pajamas!
This is a practice suitable to ALL, if you can get down on the floor you can restore yourself.
