The Mountain Is You invites us into a compassionate exploration of the inner patterns asking to be seen, healed, and integrated. Yoga supports this journey by offering a sacred space to listen inward, soften resistance, and meet ourselves with presence and grace. Together, we’ll reflect on how this inner work unfolds both on and off the mat. 🧘♀️
