Come join us for this special yogaweekend in Lillehammer!
We welcome you in the midst of November with the intention to create a safe space and give you plenty of time to explore and reflect.
Did you know that pain, tiredness and dizziness are all outputs of our brain - these sensations are all our brain trying to protect us. If we can increase the brains feeling of safety, we can positively impact our movement, making us stronger and more flexible. We can do this through our nervous system, the balance system (vestibular) and visual system.
In the yogaclasses we will flow and explore our body and our nervous system and brain with simple but powerful techniques and brain hacks.
The schedule over the weekend will be like this:

Dinner together in a traditional Norwegian log house. The dinner will be a feast with different vegetarian and vegan courses inspired by global cuicine.

Melanie is known for her ability to soften the yogapractice for beginners, while having the experience to take those who are ready into a deeper practice.

Price includes:
All yoga classes, workshops and Saturdays sauna session. Delicious and healthy vegetarian lunch friday, saturday and sunday. Coffee, tea, snacks and delicious cake.
Saturdays dinner is not included in the price. Let me know if you want to join
