Each day is designed to support mindfulness, movement, and meaningful fun — the Yinjas way!
🟩 MONDAY Mindful Movement Masters
This workshop focuses on mindful movement practices that include fitness exercises, yoga, creative dance, and self-defense drills.
🟨 TUESDAY Master Minds
Yinjas Master Minds is filled with mind strengthening activities such as meditation, yoga, chess, and other tabletop games.
🟦 WEDNESDAY Conscious Crafting
In Yinjas Conscious Crafting your child will learn mindfulness based crafts that the family can enjoy.
Giving your kid an alternative to screens while boosting their imagination.
🟥 THURSDAY
Yinjas Wellness Warriors brings awareness to your child's overall well being. They will learn the importance of exercising and eating healthy while practicing their social skills.
🟪 FRIDAY
This exciting BJJ workshop includes a beginners class, introduction to chess, and learn how to play Turtle Tippin'! (an original 'Fael Games' jiu jitsu event) Bring your gi if you own one.
