Dynamic sequences, set to vibrant tunes, will strengthen, lengthen, and revitalize your body from head to toe. Join Kylie Minelli, a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher, for a fun and fierce 60-minute sessions blending mindful movement with challenge.
All props are supplied, weights will be available. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
