An advanced 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on Yoga as Therapy particularly in relationship to Mental Health, Accessibility and Physical Rehabilitation – Accredited with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
A training for 200 hour teachers who wish to upgrade their skills considerably and apply yoga both one to one and in group setting from a therapeutic perspective. This training takes an in depth look at how yogic practices impact the brain and physiology of the body and how we can help people with varying conditions apply them to enhance their mental and physical well-being.
