Reclaim Yourself at YOGA+DRUM!

A beachside, all-level yoga and drum circle experience!

Enjoy a gentle, 45-minute flow to the healing ritmo of the drums. Our session follows a four part flow with a short warm-up , stretching poses, stress- relieving breath, and relaxation.

What to bring:Wear comfortable clothes, bring a big towel (or yoga mat), and water to drink.

Parking: Parking is free! Plaza de las Banderas parking lot.

Previous Experience: No previous experience required, but know your body! YOGA+DRUM is open to all.
