Have you always wanted to try Yoga, but not sure where to start?
This workshop is for all levels, perfect if you'd like to build your confidence before starting a class, or want a refresher after some time away.
You will leave my workshop with a better understanding of Yoga, knowledge of essential poses, the importance of breathwork, relaxed after a Yoga class and hopefully a smile along the way!
What to expect:
- A brief history of Yoga
- A focus on some of the essential Yoga poses
- Exploring breathing techniques
- A Yoga flow and relaxation
- Refreshments, fruit and chocolate!
Why Yogadia:

- Workshops are only ever small groups so that I can make sure you understand the correct allignment and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
