Morning Vinyasa Flow: Begin your day with an energising and uplifting Vinyasa session to awaken the body and clear the mind.
Afternoon Yin & Restorative: Led by Caroline, this deeply relaxing practice will ease tension and guide you into stillness.
Closing with Yoga Nidra: Drift into a guided meditation to round off the day, leaving you grounded and at peace.
