As the season begins to shift and the light softens, September offers a quiet invitation: What are you ready to release?In yoga philosophy, Aparigraha—non-attachment—is the gentle art of letting go. This workshop is your space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with your inner calm.
You’ll be guided through a thoughtful and creative experience that includes:
🌿 A grounding yoga practice to help you release tension and settle into presence
🎨 A meaningful art keepsake project to express and honor what you're ready to let go of
📓 A complimentary journal for all new participants—your space for reflection, intention, and self-love
🍪 And a handmade treat to close our time together with sweetness and care
