Join us for a powerful, trauma-informed workshop designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and nighttime anxiety, and reclaim deep, restorative sleep. This 4-hour experience blends evidence-based sleep science, nervous system regulation tools, gentle movement, restorative yoga, and guided meditation—offering practical techniques you can begin using immediately.

Participants will experience and learn tools that support:
• nervous system regulation for resilience
• reduced stress reactivity and improved focus
• sleep optimization strategies grounded in neuroscience
• a customizable wind-down routine for bedtime
• a repeatable restorative yoga + guided meditation practice for deep relaxation
• techniques to reduce nighttime anxiety and promote restorative rest
• strategies to support burnout prevention, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma recovery
All practices are beginner-friendly, gentle, and trauma-informed. No yoga experience is required.

Joyce Bosen, TI Facilitator
Joyce Bosen is the founder of Trauma Recovery Yoga and creator of the TRY Method, a trauma-informed approach centered on self-regulation and embodied healing. After her personal journey of healing from PTSD, Joyce developed the TRY Method to support trauma survivors and high-stress communities. Trauma Recovery Yoga received the Compassionate Cities Award from the Mayor of Las Vegas for community outreach following the Route 91 tragedy, and later received a national All-America City Award for serving underserved youth through mindful movement programming.
Dr. Leah Kaylor, PhD
Dr. Leah Kaylor is the FBI’s sleep expert, a licensed clinical and prescribing psychologist, and author of If Sleep Were a Drug. She bridges psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral tools to help people improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and restore resilience through evidence-based strategies.
