Find your strength in your softness
Core strength is the engine, stability is the steering wheel. Without them, yoga becomes harder, less fluid, and riskier.
With them, the practice becomes safer, more graceful, and more transformative.

We will start the class with Vinyasa flow, take you out of normal pattern and bring consciousness and mindfulness into your movement.

After we move, “Think your core strong? Let’s put it to the fun test” we will partner up practice combined strength & core stability, with fun test shows if it’s your “CORE” really awake
We will leaning how to understand how to active, strength and protect your core very pose feel more lighter.
