Stretch & destress in these guided practices lead by Ruby Patchouli!Join us every Monday at 4:30 p.m. for yoga sessions provided by Ruby! We all find ourselves needing some extra time to unwind, so stretch & de-stress every Monday at Argenta.
This program is best for adults & teens, with no expected skill level required!
It is suggested that you bring your own yoga mat for this class, but a small collection of mats are available to check out. There is no entry fee for this class, but any donations offered are for the sole benefit of the instructor.
