Gentle Yoga

Join us for a relaxing and supportive yoga session designed to help you stretch, unwind, and reconnect with your body and mind.

Each class is tailored to the needs and preferences of those attending. Depending on the group's wishes, we may enjoy the deep, calming stretches of Yin Yoga or the accessible, gentle movements of Chair Yoga. Both styles focus on improving flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

No previous experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome. Come along to move at your own pace, ease tension, and enjoy some time dedicated to your health and wellbeing.

Come along and enjoy the journey to feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised.

There is no special clothing required to attend a session simply loose and comfortable.

This group activity is for Registered Clients and Carers only. No general admission

2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.
