Who should Join?
Anyone 16+ is welcome, no matter your experience level. Yoga is for everyone!
What to bring:
• Your water bottle to stay refreshed
• Your own mat (if you have one—don’t worry, we’ll have extras if you don’t!)
No bookings needed: Just show up, roll out your mat, and enjoy the flow 🌞
