YOGA WITH FRIENDS

Find your balance and brighten your day with Yoga with Friends including some of the littles at New Hampshire Humane Society!

Join instructor Kayla Bastille for a beginner-focused yoga session filled with joy, movement, and plenty of love for our little friends. As you flow through gentle stretches and mindful breathing, our adorable shelter kiddos will roam the room - ready to snuggle, play, and steal your heart.

Kayla teaches both Pilates and yoga at Fit Focus and Active Zen, bringing a warm, accessible approach that welcomes all experience levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking for a relaxing Saturday, this session promises to lift your spirits and support a great cause.

All proceeds benefit the New Hampshire Humane Society, helping provide care and comfort for homeless pets until they find loving homes.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat or towel (we have some spares while supplies last)

• Water bottle (bottled water will also be provided but help us be environmentally friendly by bringing your own)

• An open heart (and maybe a lint roller!)
