Have you ever tried Yoga?Do you enjoy cats?
Well, we have a special experience for you!
Join us for a relaxing, peaceful yoga class, while being surrounded by cats at Kingdom Animal Shelter.
Led by Samantha Hudson RYT, an experienced yoga teacher…you will be led into gentle breathing and stretching techniques to unwind your physical body and relax your mind, while cats weave around you playing and purring and occasionally joining in a cat stretch.
Beginners are welcome, no experience is necessary.
Must be 15yrs or older to join.
Yoga mats will be provided, wear comfortable clothes.
Cat Yoga class is by donation, donations go to support cats at the shelter. $15 minimum suggested.
You must reserve your spot, space is limited to 7 people.
