Brittney (Britt) Simard received her 200-hour training through the Pranotthan Yoga school as well as Restorative level 1 through All That Matters yoga + wellness. Being led by her intuition through a year of self-study, Britt has found her way onto the path of yoga. Listening to the call to be of service amplified after she discovered not only the physical benefits of yoga but also the mental clarity it brought to her.
Classes with Britt are filled with the exploration of breath and movement to help her students tap into their own intuitive consciousness. She brings a sense of well-being and lightheartedness to her teachings. She firmly believes that yoga is for everyone and every- body.
When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, Brittney spends a lot of time reading and creating art through storytelling in its many mediums. She loves to act, perform music through flute and singing, photography, draw, play around in photoshop, and write.
