Looking to stretch, relax, and unwind? We've partnered with the Blue Cross NC to rejuvenate the community and promote wellness with free Yoga classes! Join us every Wednesday for Yoga sessions at the Beyond Blue Center! Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, come in person and find your flow in a laid-back, friendly vibe. Grab your mat and let’s chill together midweek!

There are FREE yoga classes every single Wednesday!

CHAIR YOGA: On the FIRST and THIRD Wednesday. Chairs will be provided!
MAT YOGA: On the SECOND and FOURTH Wednesdays! Please bring your own mat if you have one! If not, one will be provided for you.
