This is the final Yoga Under the Stars event for the foreseeable future. I have decided to take a break from holding these events as my schedule has become more and more challenging to hold them regularly. There may be a few pop ups here and there but this will be the last regularly scheduled event.
The event is held outdoors on a screened-in patio, beneath the night sky. The yoga practice begins at 7:30 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to settle yourself onto your mat. The gentle yoga flow will last approximately one hour followed by a short divine gateway chakra meditation. Attendees will also receive a goodie bag containing items that will help strengthen the divine gateway chakra and connection to their inner Goddess.
As tradition dictates, a themed complimentary beverage will be served during the event. It promises to be a magical experience—an evening you won't want to miss!
