Come join us for a magical weekend of relaxation and rejuvenation at the Surprise Farm Retreat Center. Let's unwind and connect with nature as we practice yoga under the twinkling stars. This event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi.

Yoga Under the Stars Retreat:

When : Thursday-Sunday; August 28-31st

Where: Surprise Farm Retreat Center Ramona, CA

What: Three days and three nights of yoga, star-gazing, glamping, campfires, and relaxing afternoons in the shade.

Tucked away in the foothills of the Laguna Mountains, Surprise Farm Retreat Center is nestled between Oak trees and the rolling open range of the high desert. The retreat center is home to an open air kitchen, large covered meeting center, small outdoor amphitheater/yoga space, shaded meditation grove, a craft hut, and a large learning garden.

Meet your teacher:

Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m an trauma-sensitive accessible yoga teacher, mindfulness expert, travel lover, and dark night sky enthusist. Through mindful movement I teach you how to embody your most creative and confident self. I love inspiring people to eat and move with the flow of nature. I've been teaching for 15 years and I love making classes that are catered to the natural environment and the community I'm with. We'll co-create our style of flow over the weekend. classes will be challenging, fun, and interelated to our exploration of space and the cosmos!
