🪩👉Briana is a certified 500 HR E- Registered Yoga Teacher, Lead Teacher Trainer at Disko Yoga School, and the proud owner of Disko Lemonade Yoga. Specializing in vinyasa and power yoga, she is deeply passionate about mindfulness and guiding her students to access the flow state during their practice. Briana teaches a variety of classes, including Disko Flow, Disko Hot Pilates, Yoga Barre, and Flow Into Yin, all at Disko Lemonade Yoga. She loves partnering with local businesses to find fun and unique ways to bring more people to the practice of yoga.
🍋👉Sabrina is a certified 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in Hatha Yoga as well as a Reiki Practitioner. Currently teaching Disko Flow and Disko Hot Pilates at Disko Lemonade Yoga, she brings a vibrant energy to her classes. With a passion and background in pranayama, mindful meditation, pre/postnatal yoga, Sabrina emphasizes breath work while encouraging organic and intuitive movement. A true beach lover, she draws inspiration from being by the ocean, infusing her teaching with a sense of tranquility and connection to nature.
🍽️👉Chef Chris, the chef at Bodacious Shops, brings his culinary expertise from a career spanning across the U.S. and beyond. Known for hosting monthly events and classes at Bodacious, Chris will be cooking a delicious lunch for our yoga retreat guests, blending local flavors with his diverse culinary background.
