We use them every day, all day long. The hands and feet are crucial to our engagement with the world, and yet so many of us "put up" with pain, grip instability, and lack of strength to do the things life asks.
If this sounds familiar, you owe it to yourself to learn how to better use and care for your hands and feet. Trust me when I say you want to attend this workshop! The techniques I share will help you and help you care for others too!
Explore functional use and re-balancing of the muscles and joints of the hands, feet and limbs. Practice will include adaptions for traditional postures as well as explore ways to avoid common injuries of mis-use, over-use and unintentional abuse of this often painful area of the body.
Workshop includes 90-minute practice and 60-min discussion. Yoga Alliance CEUs available.
