Yoga Therapy for Back Care will take place on Tuesdays, March 10th- April 14th 2026 170 Bird Sanctuary Drive - Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary
7:15 - 8:30 pm
Back Care yoga therapy focuses on the core-4; diaphragm, pelvis, deep abdominal and deep back muscles while focusing on regulating your nervous system. By moving slowly with breath you can work within your daily capacity with increased awareness of your needs.
Yoga therapy is trauma informed and is accessible for all levels.
Yoga therapy is for every body!
$75.00 for 6 classes

$20.00 drop in
Classes are in person or online (Zoom) and each class is recorded and emailed out after the class. So you will never miss a session and can practice throughout the series on your own.
