Join Dr. Nekita Sullivan (Doctor Physical Therapy, Certified Yoga Pilates Teacher, Certified Health Education Specialist) at Camperdown Plaza for a Yoga and Pilates therapy class designed for children with special needs. This class will help improve core strength & flexibility and decrease anxiety.
