Yoga @ the Library

Join Yoga Instructor Tracy Bruce for an invigorating yoga class for adults on Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:45 am in the Program Room, Radcliffe Children's Library, Perrot Memorial Library. Pre-registration is required; students must register for each class and must bring their own yoga mat. Class size is limited to the first 15 registrants. Due to the popularity of these classes, we ask that each person limit their registrations to 2/month. Once the classes are full, you are welcome to add your name to the waiting list for additional classes. You will be notified if an opening occurs. Weather- or illness-related cancellations will be announced via email and on the Library's web site.

Nearly 20 years ago Tracy first discovered the sacred path of yoga and its healing and transformative power. Since then, Tracy has dedicated more than 10,000 hours to the study of philosophy, meditation, breath work, and the biomechanics of yoga. Her classes are strength-building for all aspects of Mind, Body and Spirit. Tracy believes a strong vessel leads to resilience and empowerment for a rich, full life. Key principles of alignment guide her students through a therapeutic yoga class that touches their hearts and nourishes their bodies.
