Every yoga teacher experiences ebbs and flows in their levels of inspiration, creativity, and sense of purpose. It can be crucial to carve out time to learn, and to reflect on your approach, to ensure it is in alignment with your authentic aspirations as a teacher.

In addition to creating a container for personal reflection, this workshop will include a movement practice with discussion of anatomy and physiology, asana methodology and individualization, breath refinement, and mental techniques.

-Explore WHYS and HOWS of your practice
-Add to your toolbox for teaching effectively

Ideal participants are actively teaching, or on a break from teaching, but who have some experience with teaching yoga.

This workshop provides 3 continuing education hours through Yoga Alliance.
