Join us for the day to earn hours in your Edge Yoga School yoga teacher training program. We will cover the eight limbs of yoga together.

Students of Edge Yoga School are invited for this training event while we cover what it means to live yoga.

Yamas: Your Community 2-2:40
Niyamas: Gaze Within 2:45-3:10
Asana: Teach One Another 3:15-3:55
Pranayama: Breathwork 4-4:40
Pratyahara: Focus Inward 4:45-5:25
Dharana: Guided Meditation 5:30-6:10
Dhyana: True Meditation 6:15-6:45
Samadhi: Connect with Bliss 6:50-7:30
Closing Ceremony 7:35-7:55pm

Can't stay for the whole day? No problem! Come and go as you are able during the breaks between topics.
