About this Event

Thanks for choosing Edge Yoga School. Welcome to our Tribe!

Our 200-hour yoga teacher training is a Yoga Alliance approved course. Upon completing your training with Edge, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher. This is the benchmark for teaching yoga classes whether they be in person, online, or private sessions. Earn your RYT 200 today!

We offer a flexible schedule for you to choose from! Your training will consist of lecture, lab, and practicum.

Lecture

These hours are pre-recorded from our live Zoom sessions. Earn hours in these sessions while you fill out your workbook.

Lab

Here is a chance to put into practice what you learned in the lectures. You will work with the instructor and fellow students to craft your skills.

Practicum

Here is your chance to shine! We will hold a safe space for you to practice your skills with your cohort and prepare you for the wonderful world of teaching.

Homework

You will be required to complete a book report and anatomy homework. Don't sweat it though, we are here to guide you toward success.

Edge Teachers

Those offering services at our Naperville co-op are invited to enroll as a hybrid student to attend in-person and online programming.

Upon completion of your hours, you may petition to graduate Edge and register with Yoga Alliance. We look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
