Take a journey inwards and find home within yourself.Maha Shanti School of Yoga offers a Yoga Alliance registered RYT 200 hour teacher training taking place from April 20th – May 10th 2025.
These 21 days are an immersion into classical and authentic yoga honoring and following the lineage of Swami Sivananda. Lal Maharajh, the director of Maha Shanti School of Yoga, has trained hundreds of Yoga teachers in this lineage, with many decades of experience.
You will dive deep into yoga philosophy, asanas, safely assisting, and meditation. In these 21 days you will learn how to share the traditional asana sequence of Swami Sivananda. Furthermore, Lal Maharajh is a big advocate for proper breathing and shares his knowledge with all of his students.
Join us on one of the most beautiful spots in the Caribbean and the home of Maha Shanti School of Yoga on the Island of Isla Mujeres in Mexico.
This training is suitable for all levels of experience and all ages.
